Shrimp roasted cashew nuts are rustic, rustic dishes but no less sophisticated. Let's enjoy it together !
200g cashew nuts
10g white sesame
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon seasoning seeds
½ teaspoon of MSG
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fish sauce
3 tablespoons of black soy sauce
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
500ml of bone broth
Sweet and sour sauce: heating cooking oil, non-yellow minced garlic, giving 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 50ml of bone broth, 1 teaspoon of seasoning seeds, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of tamarind juice and Stir gently until the sauce is good, season and taste.

If in case you do not have tamarind to create acidity, you can add juice or lemon juice and use a little bit of flour to make the paste easier.
